In attendance were Austin and Harvey. David gave his proxy to Austin. A quorum was established.

Austin called the meeting to order and handed it over to Weston. Weston provided ballots and collected the ballots for an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation attached. The Amendment was approved by a vote of 110-13.

The meeting was adjourned.
