The Beachside Village HOA Board of Directors is providing notice to the association members that the board is soliciting candidates interested in running for a position on the board.
If you are interested in running for one of the three expired terms during the annual meeting election, please contact the HOA property manager at reinhart.debbie@gmail.com letting her know of your interest in being placed on the ballot. Please send her a brief description (4-5 sentences) explaining your qualifications and your interest in serving on the board. Please send her this information, via email, by 5pm on February 21, 2023.
Proxies and Proxy Ballots will be emailed to all property owners the week of March 6, 2023. Any property owner who is unable to attend the meeting may return his/her proxy and proxy ballot to the Association Counsel, Weston Ray, at weston@porterfirm.com. Those must be emailed to the him by end of business on March 22, 2023. For all members who attend the annual meeting, you will be given an opportunity to vote at the meeting if you haven’t already voted via a proxy ballot.
The Annual Meeting is scheduled on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 10am – noon in the Viewfinder’s Terrace on the 9th floor of the Moody Gardens Hotel.
